Thursday- The Main Event: Ice-Block Sliding
I don't know how familiar folks are with this venerable tradition, but every thanksgiving, the righteous and sinners alike don a towel and set themselves upon a block of ice to go careening down a grassy knowel in Mill Valley. If anyone's up for the challenge, me and a pack of miscreants will be conveening at 4th St. Liquors in San Rafael to purchase some block ice and cheap hooch before driving out to the Mill Valley country club and sliding down the greens for great justice.
